Kurikulum Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika terdiri dari kelompok Mata kuliah Dasar Pengembangan Karakter (MDPK) sebanyak 12 SKS, kelompok Mata kuliah Keilmuan dan Keahlian (MKK) sebanyak 98 SKS dan kelompok Mata kuliah Peminatan dan Pengembangan Diri (MPPD) sebanyak 36 SKS. Kelompok Mata kuliah Keilmuan dan Keahlian (MKK) terdiri atas kelompok Mata kuliah Dasar Keilmuan Pendidikan (MDKP) sebanyak 8 SKS, kelompok Mata Kuliah Bidang Studi (MKBS) sebanyak 82 SKS, mata kuliah Pengenalan Lingkungan Persekolahan (PLP) sebanyak 4 SKS dan mata kuliah Kuliah Kerja Nyata sebanyak 4 SKS. Kelompok Mata kuliah Peminatan dan Pengembangan Diri (MPPD) dapat diambil seluruhnya oleh mahasiswa di program studi atau diambil sebagian di luar program studi dengan persetujuan dosen penasihat akademik/koordinator program studi. Program studi juga menyediakan kelompok mata kuliah transdisipliner sebanyak 36 SKS yang berasal dari mata kuliah wajib maupun mata kuliah pilihan untuk memfasilitasi mahasiswa dari program studi lain. Kurikulum tersebut tersebar ke dalam mata kuliah wajib dan mata kuliah konsentrasi. Jumlah SKS mata kuliah yang harus ditempuh mahasiswa Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika minimal sebanyak 146 SKS. Lulusan Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika dapat memilih satu konsentrasi dari 4 (empat) konsentrasi yang disediakan oleh Program Studi Pendidikan Matematika untuk salah satu keahlian: (1) Pendidik; (2) Pebelajar Tingkat Magister; (3) Pengembang Media, dan (4) Peneliti.
